The Vantage Group – operating under the name Vantage Specialty Chemicals – is a leading producer of naturally derived, specialty ingredients focused on Personal Care, Food, Consumer Care and Industrial end markets with a portfolio of more than 2,000 products.
Headquartered in Deerfield, Ill., near Chicago, Vantage Specialty Chemicals operates global manufacturing and supply chain operations across eight manufacturing facilities, 13 formulation laboratories and 19 distribution warehouses located in 13 countries across the U.S., Latin America, South Africa, Europe and Asia.
Vantage Specialties Spain – formerly known as Textron Plimon – joined the group in 2019. The subsidiary in Spain is specialized in the natural oils business and serves its customers worldwide. With a production facility in Les Borges, near Lleida, and a sales office in Granollers, near Barcelona, Vantage Specialties Spain offers a comprehensive range of high-quality natural oils – from refined oils to organic and virgin oils – as well as formulated oil solutions.
Products
With more than 30 years of experience in the premium vegetable oils for cosmetics and food, Vantage Specialties Spain offers a wide range of oils extracted from a diverse selection of plant seeds of both traditional and exotic plants. The oils are available in different grades – cosmetic, food, pharma (as excipient) – and in different processing qualities – refined, virgin, winterized – and meet diverse customer requirements, such as Organic certified by COSMOS, Kosher, Halal and more. Formulated specialty oil compositions tailored to meet specific properties and customer needs are marketed under the Evoil™ product range.
